Program evaluation
relies on many of the same skills and competencies as
satisfaction research.
Our professionals will work with your organization to
develop and implement effective evaluations for your
program evaluation requirements. To add value and be
highly effective, the evaluation of any program must
be based on a substantive understanding of the organizational
objectives for the program.
Meridian Solutions can develop
program evaluation criteria and plans at any point during
the program
development, implementation and/or review cycles and
execute the evaluation by collecting and analyzing
the appropriate
data. Our consultants ensure that an evaluation will
provide the best possible results available.
Objective
or subjective measures are used by Meridian consultants
for different
levels of evaluation. The levels we use, based on the
Kirkpatrick Model (1959), include:
|
 |
Level
One: Reaction to / Acceptance of the program
by the
participants to the program.
|
 |
Level Two:
Acquisition / Use of the skills
and knowledge required of participants.
|
 |
Level Three:
Behavior of the participants
in job performance demonstrating use of - program procedures,
processes, and/or skills.
|
 |
Level Four:
Results as related to program requirements and
organizational objectives. |
